Every House seat, Senate race and governor’s race on Nov. 3, plus California’s 14 propositions, updated about every 10 minutes as states count.
Vote counts come from state election offices and are unofficial until each state certifies. States without a live results feed are filled in by the OC Scanner desk. Race calls are made by OC Scanner; a seat shows as won only once it has been called.
